This is who I am
Alastair Hamill, an Associate Fellow of Warwick Business School and a Business Psychologist with a difference.
I have hands on Executive experience in several business areas and understand the complexity of organisation decisions and challenges.
I specialise in adding value in two distinct areas:
- The Executive
- The Organisation
Leadership is tough, and the more senior you become the more lonely the role becomes.
I provide a safe environment to consider business and the bigger issues,
to challenge thinking, and reflect on plans and personal performance.
I have no agenda other than yours, and no career expectations for you to consider other than your own.

interpersonal challenges, inappropriate behaviours, clouded vision, and a need for focus. I can add value here
