- I undertake individual interviews to capture thoughts of team members
- I sometimes use questionnaires with the team to draw out hidden issues
- I challenge (yet remain supportive) team members around the value they add and the business imperatives
- I facilitate the team on findings and overall performance improvements using the latest academic and research thinking
Organisation Reviews:
- I undertake operation assessments for effectiveness and efficiency.
- I assess organisational ‘health’ against agreed criteria
- I review your operations against ‘world class’ standards
Coaching and mentoring:
- It’s lonely at the top so I challenge your thinking as a confidante and supporter.
