The Process-Establishing the relationship

An initial meeting is undertaken to establish if both sides are ‘OK’ to work together. Subsequent to that, half day offsite meetings are agreed where total confidentiality can be provided and where issues can be discussed in the depth necessary to create impact.

Initially these half days are preferred at two weekly intervals for a period of around 4/6 sessions. By this time, clarity on the benefits of moving forward on a monthly basis, if necessary, are transparent. Sometimes even this length of time is not necessary, and a shift towards low cost evergreen retained service contact is all that is required. Conversely, a total length of twelve to eighteen months of monthly meetings is not uncommon. Everyone is unique and special. You determine the pace based upon what’s working for you!
