Training

I was trained in coaching by the Centre for Management and Organization Effectiveness in San Francisco in 1988 and have been developing coaching techniques ever since both inside organisations as a leader, and since 1995 running my own business.

Maintaining Credentials

I work with Warwick Business School one of the top quartile European Business Schools, and accordingly maintain leading edge capabilities. I undertake annual training and education sessions to maintain skills and capabilities outside of this arena.
