My Focus
The Organisation: Human performance is a product of the operational environment. The environment is the culture within which relationships either Prosper or Perish.  Effective interpersonal stakeholder relationships are the core of organisational effectiveness.

My Effort
Reviews and Assessments: In-depth diagnostic of the current culture, challenges, and Situation.  Engaging with stakeholders internal and external as appropriate to determine performance blockages and implement solutions.
